MAINTENANCE...

Transforming your body into a work of art or at least something you surely will be proud of is very hard.  It is one of the hardest things you will do in life.  Especially if you are middle aged as I am.  You will work and work and work some more just to see changes that you want to happen.  Once you get all these areas of your body into shape as you want them, you are not done.  Nope, not by a long stretch.  If you are like I am you will find other things that you want to change.  A little larger here, a little firmer there, etc, etc, etc.  But is not only your want to further hone your body, it is the maintenance to keep the gains you have worked so hard for.

Once you feel that your body is were you want it, you will have to work to keep it there.  The good news is that it is not as hard as it is to get into shape in the first place, but it is hard work.  I use the analogy of loosing weight, we have all gone on diets in our lives and what happens?  Sure we stick to the diet, we reach our goal weight, we feel good about ourself.  We buy new clothes to enhance our look and to show others how great we look now that we committed to loosing the weight and accomplished the goal.

Now what happens????  Yep, we all know what happens next.  We reward ourself for being so good.  Sure we worked hard to loose the weight so why can't we treat ourself...  Treat ourself to what?  Maybe some cake, or maybe a big pizza, boy pasta would be good, why not a few beers at that family get together.  Hell yes!!  We worked hard and we look good.

Come on tell me what happens next!  You know what happens.  Yep, before you know it all that hard work has gone and we have put the weight back on if not more.

Maintenance

Maintenance

Maintenance

Maintenance

I can't stress this very important word enough.  Please don't start off thinking once you get there you have arrived, start out with the thought in mind that this is a life commitment to look good from now on.  The same way that people that have dieted and changed their eating habits have been able to maintain their body at their optimal weight.

The easiest way for me to look at it is by saying I will show them all they are wrong.  By them, I mean those individuals you know that are waiting for you to fail.  Don't you dare say that you don't know any of these individuals.  We all know them, they may not be as verbal as you would expect, but they are the first to make the comment to someone else something like "Look he/she is putting that weight back on!" or "I knew he/she could do it!"  These are the people that are jealous of you having the motivation to keep up with something that betters you.  They don't have the juts to put the hard work in, so they love it when we fail.

So Don't Fail!!

Are you ready to get started and show those Nasty SOBs and BITs?????

I know you are, so lets get started and take what we learned in the 10 Commandments and build on them.  So if you are truly ready click the button below to begin, and Good Luck!
